It is easy to order boards and kits from Music From Outer Space but the only method by which we accept payments is PayPal. We ship anywhere on earth that the US Postal Service will go, which is pretty much anywhere.
Additionally, the USPS does not track packages that go out of the USA. Thus if you enter the Customs Declaration number you receive with your Stamps.com delivery notification at https://www.usps.com/ you will see the last place your order was prior to leaving the USA enroute to its final destination. Packages are occasionally held in customs longer than anyone likes (not my fault). I always ship orders within a few days of receiving them and affix a packing list enclosed envelope to grease the customs gears but unfortunately - on rare occasions - they may take up to five weeks to be delivered. I ask for your patience in these circumstances. If an order takes longer than five weeks to be delivered I will be responsible and either re-ship or refund. I won't leave you hanging. If I give you a refund for a delayed order I ask that when the order eventually arrives (which they always do) that you please resend the funds to sales@musicfromouterspace.com.

Shipping charges will be added to the order automatically when you check out and depend on the destination and the cost of the order. Items ordered on catalog pages will accumulate in the MFOS Shopping Cart. When you are ready to check out just click the "Checkout with PayPal" button.
When you get your order you may notice that the price I charge for shipping and handling is higher than the cost of the parcel's postage. Here's why. The handling part of shipping and handling is where the work is. The Shipping and Handling fee covers the labor costs involved in ordering, stocking, and finally carefully packing components, PC boards, and kits for shipment. The Shipping and Handling fee also covers the cost of the packaging materials as well as the labor and expense associated with trips to the post office to make deliveries. The current shipping and handling fees are listed at the bottom of every catalog view page.
When you click the "Add to Cart" button you see your current cart contents in the "Music From Outer Space Shopping Cart" You can add more items at any time by clicking another "Add to Cart" button anywhere on the site. You must also select a shipping method. There are only two types of shipping methods.
NORMAL SHIPPING i.e. MY PREFERRED WAY TO SHIP
We ship all over the planet and normally use the U.S. Postal Service. They do a fine job and they work in the dark, in the rain, in the snow, in the hail... you know what I mean. Destination postal services are usually able to locate packages via the CN22 Customs Declaration form I attach to all packages shipped out of the US but it is not a bona-fide tracking number. I have found it to be a very rare exception when a country's postal service can't deliver a package or fails to notify a recipient that a package is at the post office waiting to be picked up. I am only talking about 2 or 3 packages out of thousands shipped. Bottom line US Postal Service in conjunction with destination country postal services get high marks for reliability and success in my book.

However, if you would like a tracking number and/or international insurance for your parcel you can use the FedEx or UPS shipping cost estimators to see how much it will cost and how long it will take to get to you via either of those carriers. It is usually far more expensive than the US Postal Service and I add $15.00 on top of whatever the cost is because it is a pain to use either service. I would suggest you stick to the US Postal Service.

It is usually far more expensive than the US Postal Service. You will need to send me an email so we can arrange the shipment. I will need your phone number and your email address to give to the carrier so they can contact you. You must agree to pay any import duties that you may incur (these vary from country to country). I will charge $10.00 dollars above the estimated cost for handling and if I find that the actual USP or FedEx charge is higher than the estimate I will contact you and let you know prior to shipping. Once your order is shipped via UPS or FedEx I will contact you with the tracking number.

We ship to THE ADDRESS THAT IS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR PayPal ACCOUNT. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ADDRESS IS CORRECT before you order.
PayPal sends an email to the seller (us) and to the buyer (you) when you order. The address contained in that email is the one we use so, again, please make sure your account information is up to date. If you have moved or have gone to college since you set up your account the address will be incorrect.
