The NJM13600D or NJM13700D Dual Operational Transconductance Amplifier work equivalently in all MFOS projects. Either of these op amps is a direct replacement for the National Semiconductor LM13600N. These are 16 pin DIP through-hole parts. The small improvement made to the LM13600 which resulted in the LM13700 is not a factor in any MFOS circuit.
