Payment Notification Email MIA (Missing In Action)
On very rare occasions a payment service notification email fails to arrive in my mailbox.
If you don't receive an acknowledgement email from me within 5 days of ordering:
1) Make sure your mailbox is not full.
2) Email me the related transaction information so I can find and process your order.

I ship orders on Tuesday and Friday. Shipping and handling charges are based on the total order price.
The US Postal Service usually does better than this but: please allow 3 weeks for delivery within the USA
and 4 to 5 weeks for destinations outside of the USA.
